The services offered by Hypotheca and Kristina include, notably:

• Mortgage pre-approvals and simulations – guided support via online tools.
• Renewals and refinancings – personalized advice and rate comparisons.
• Personalized human accompaniment – transparency, listening, and clarity throughout the process.
• Assistance for First-Time Homebuyers – specifically designed to simplify every step of the purchasing process.
• Investment properties – guidance and strategy for real estate investment opportunities.

3. Fees and Payments

Hypotheca and Kristina commit to providing support without obligation and at no cost to the client. Any potential costs will be disclosed and agreed in writing before any billable service.

4. Protection of Personal Information

Hypotheca commits to protecting personal information in accordance with its internal policies and applicable law. Information collected via tools and forms will be treated with confidentiality and security.

5. Intellectual Property

Content and documents provided within the Hypotheca and Kristina services remain the property of Hypotheca or their respective authors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

6. Responsibilities and Liability

The advice provided by Hypotheca and Kristina is intended to guide your mortgage project. It is not legal or tax advice. Hypotheca and Kristina cannot be held liable for indirect losses or deviations resulting from the use of the information provided, to the extent permitted by law.

7. Modification of Terms

Hypotheca reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this site and take effect upon posting. Your continued use of the services after posting constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec. Any disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Montreal, Québec, in accordance with applicable law.
