My background is proof of this: I have worked for over 8 years in customer service, always with the intention of providing guidance, advice, and making a difference. I also completed a bachelor’s degree in teaching with a focus on special needs education, a training that allowed me to develop valuable human qualities such as listening, patience, and empathy.
Today, I am combining this passion for support with a new field that excites me: real estate. My goal is simple: to make the mortgage process more human, clear, and accessible, especially for those experiencing it for the first time.
